I Kick-off event: self-concept, mission clarification & basic coaching approaches

Contents include:  

  • Self-concept and attitude of the coach: professional standards, coaching principles and code of ethics (DBVC)
  • Role clarification and coaching competencies: Sharpening your own profile
  • Consulting and reality: constructivist approaches in coaching
  • Systems theory: basic assumptions, models and methods
  • The phase progression in coaching: clarification of assignment and objectives, intervention techniques, securing results and implementation
  • Pattern reports & scaling techniques
  • Systemic questioning techniques
  • Pacing as an attitude and method
  • Collegial consulting/collegial coaching: Doing it
  • Quality management in the coaching process

II Managing the coaching process

Contents include:

  • Assignment cascade and triangular contracts
  • Assignment pattern as an orientation guide
  • Desired targets and the possibilities of the second best solution
  • Using metaphors and developing powerful interventions
  • Working with the sides model
  • Minimax: How we can use always, never and co.
  • The effectiveness of short stories
  • Guidance for reflection: intervision & supervision techniques for Coaches
  • Collegial consulting/collegial coaching: Doing it

Duration: 2 Days

III Expanding the method repertoire 'coaching'

Contents include:

  • Methods of decision making and how we use somatic markers here
  • Extending the VAKOG model: bodywork in the hypnosystemic space
  • Constellation and floor work in coaching
  • Practicing problem-solving gymnastics according to Gunther Schmidt
  • Practicing trance inductions, for example for the 'Safe Place'
  • A look at the topic of mental coaching
  • Conflict coaching: dynamics, rules, analysis
  • The TransTec method (facets of non-violent communication)
  • Collegial consulting/collegial coaching: Doing it

V Team-Coaching: Dealing with diversity

  • Moderating the group: between cooperation, self-direction and strict rules

  • The Team Agility Evaluation: using the digital tool
  • Conflict resolution in team coaching: Using triangulations
