Work 4.0 and the associated advanced digitization are massively changing the demands on systems and people. We must re-invent ourselves, as a company, as a leader and also as consultant. In these contexts, open-ended cooperative processes are most likely to provide good, viable and sustainable solutions. Solutions for which coaching skills are extremely helpful. Correspondingly, a strong trend towards coaching can be observed in companies. A large number of published studies also show that companies are taking great advantage of their investments in the development of their leaders in the direction of coaching techniques.
The curriculum „CuBe“ (from German: “Coaching- und Beratungskompetenz” = coaching and consulting skills) offers interested persons a range of training courses, which ensure the development of their own coaching and consulting skills, offer innovative change and team development methods and provide effective coaching concepts.
The professional background for CuBe is the hypno-systemic consulting and development approach, as well as the latest findings of work, organization and neuropsychology.
On the basis of intensive personal care, we attach particular importance to an integrative approach, maximum practice reference and a practice-oriented knowledge transfer
