Successful leading is not a coincidence or luck, based on the motto "you either have it or you don’t", but the result of the evaluation of successes and failures, of continuous learning, targeted approaching and personal commitment. 

Especially as the self-image of the leader is increasingly changing and will continue changing even more within the next five years.  Briefly we move from “command, control, execute towards „enabling, sense-making, motivating“! Role models liquefy and require greatest awareness regarding self-guidance and positioning from all leaders.

Methodically among others we focus on innovative learning concepts such as drawing self learning resources (flipped classroom), so that the participants of our seminars can discuss and practice the contents from various perspectives. Thereby they are supported by individually curated contents and literature references for the targetgroup. We consider ourselves as knowledge broker and ensure the connection between recent findings of science with practical experiences of our participants.
