Possible working question in the workshop could be:

  • Under what conditions would the workshop have been worthwhile for me?
  • Under what conditions I am willing to engage in the workshop?
  • What are the hotspots that urgently need to be improved?
  • What were the good moments in which we already achieved the desired?
  • If we change something very successfully and everything develops as expected, what could be observed?
  • What common objectives could we cooperate for? What would be the respective individual benefit?
